Patient Summary

This FHIR IG contains the Dutch Patient Summary. This Patient Summary has Dutch additional specifications but is EHDS first.

Release notes version 1.0.0-alpha.2

  • PS-5: In the logical model the valueset v3 Code System ActCode is added as main binding (example) on EventType.

This is an alpha version of the NL-PS IG. The purpose of this publication is to share the current state of development and collect feedback to improve the NL-PS and this associated IG. Please be so kind as to submit a change request for all issues you may encounter.

This version is not meant for production use.

More information about versions and their meaning can be found in the IG explainer (in Dutch).

Not all parts of the development and publication methodology are finalized. In areas like translations, mappings, value set bindings and traceability to the EHDS specifications, inconsistency's are to be expected. These will be addressed in subsequent versions of this guide.
